Well, what would you think yourself? Did you try anything? Did you try to call it? Did you try if it has a man page?
And I see that there is a GUI iinnterface in package: tork.
Did you install that? When yes, did you try it?
zypper install tork
Loading repository data…
Reading installed packages…
‘tork’ not found in package names. Trying capabilities.
No provider of ‘tork’ found.
Resolving package dependencies…
Nothing to do.
I must admit that I have 11.4 here, where I see tork in YaST > Software > Software management. This could mean that tork is not in 12.2. I looked a bit deeper with YaST. It seems that (on my 11.4!) tor is on the Packman repo, while tork is on KDE 3 repo.
Thus I would not recommend to install tork, it probably being no more maintained. Sorry for this.
But I had a lot more questions about what you did in trying to start tor, or to get more information about it. Is there a man page?
man tor
What does it say when you simply start it from the terminal. Maybe with the -h option to get internal help? Like
tor -h
These are the things I would do on trying out a new program (apart of course from reading he documentation, is there no documentation in the Internet?)
