OpenSUSE11, KDE, mounting and format problems

Hello again, this is the last question (for today ;)).
I have a HD, I can see it with the Konqueror explorer from my computer but I can not get access to the files in it; it is show whit vfat format system. How can I access the files in the HD???
On the other hand, I have a partition in my HD which is ntfs, I have it mounted in /windows/d/, I can read the files but I can not write them. I think I read in another forum that If I mount the partition using ntfs-3g (or something similar) I should be able to get full access to the files but I have no idea about how to do this mounting… Any solution, any light???

Thanks a lot!!! Ibrahim
