openSUSE Tumbleweed installation error: Could not prepare boot variable: No space left on deviceTech support (self.openSUSE)

Unfortunately not, the entry is just a leftover from my most recent failed installation attempt. If I try to boot into it it’s stuck on one of the init screens indefinitely (the one with a black background that has the brand of the computer and operating system logo at the bottom of the screen).

Then if you use rufus in dd mode to create a Tumbleweed Rescue USB and boot from that. Or does Tumbleweed Install have a rescue mode (I can’t remember…).
