Hello, after testing LEAP 42.1 last year, I decided to go with self-supporting openSUSE 13.2 KDE and have been having “fun” in my own way.
Lately, I purchased a Lenovo X230T, which I am intending to use as e-mail, pdf reader, and note taker. I am tempted to keep it at Windows 7, as I do have access to some good software, but I am also tempted to go again install openSUSE 13.2 KDE then make it work.
I am wondering if there are some of the date drivers/support page for touch screens for OpenSUSE 13.1&2?

Not that I’m aware of. In general touch screen support is work in progress at the X-server level and various desktop environments. Both Gnome and KDE Plasma 5 have gained improved touchscreen support, but as you’ve already hinted that you don’t like using these, (as well as staying with old openSUSE versions), so don’t expect the same level of functionality that Windows 7 might provide out of the box. YMMV.
