Are you sure of that address?
looking at the directory listing from:
ftp.citylink.co.nz/
and there is no opensuse dir on that site.
There is OpenBSD, debian, ubuntu, voyage gentoo, and /pub.

think…nzbob already said the repo list maintainer “presumes it’s
NZ access only” which means (to me) that citylink.co.nz is not
interested in supporting users outside their localarea* and
therefore BLOCK all other IPs…for all we know it is ONLY available
to citylink.co.nz subscribers…
if blocked to you it is not available for viewing or downloading…
blocking is certainly their right, as it is their bandwidth which
would be used by non-paying users…

Works fine for me, and im not a citylink subscriber.
I was having issues downloading some vlc packages from videolan in yast2
hopefully they are in here…
