Yesterday I started Yast update but the repo’s at download.opensuse.org were not accessible.
Now they are back again but all the checksums failed.
Does anybody know what is going on?
Type
su
zypper clean
zypper refresh
in terminal, and try again.
Good luck.
I’ve had the same problem. I had to abort a clean install of 11.1 on one of my machines last night, and I’m getting the same errors today. Tried the zypper clean/refresh and got this:
florence:~ # zypper clean
All repositories have been cleaned up.
florence:~ # zypper refresh
Download (curl) error for 'http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Backports/openSUSE_11.1/repodata/repomd.xml':

Error message: couldn't connect to host
Abort, retry, ignore? [A/r/i]:
Tried to remove and replace the KDE & Mozilla repos and got an error:
WARNING
Unable to download list of repositories or no repositories defined.
Also trying to refresh the Update repo get the same errors as above with zypper refresh.
I posted about it here;
