I able looking for a company or a dealer who sells preinstalled opensuse Computers or Linux compatibale Computers and other harware in Germany.

Regarding HP. Is it fully compatible.

No idea… I just know that vendors are shipping computers w/Linux. I
know Lenovo is (as it comes w/SLED). I haven’t checked to see which HP
machines come with which distribution though whichever boxes come with
Linux they are probably (at least with that one system) completely
compatible out of the box. Even if not most systems work with Linux
with minor effort.
