OpenSUSE+openswan <-->Azure+Dynamic routing VPNs = ?

Hi All.
Any body know - how to connect openswan and Azure Dynamic routing VPNs ?

if I use an “Azure Static routing VPNs”, “openswan” and “Azure Static routing VPNs” connect.
if I use an “Azure Dynamic routing VPNs”, “openswan” and “Azure Dynamic routing VPNs” don`t connect.

Somebody connected “OpenSWAN” and “Azure Dynamic routing VPNs” ?

About my opensuse:
