OpenSUSE on VMWare Server 2

Hi
The VMWare host is Windows 2003 and guest is planned to be on OpenSUSE 11.1 on VMWare Server 2.

I would be grateful if someone could advise if its possible to install Open SUSE 11.1 on VMWare, and installation documentations that assist in completing this.

As long as you’re running the latest VMware Server there’s absolutely nothing you need to do other than create the VM and use the .iso as a cdrom - there is no special setup or considerations.

Just remember to reserve enough space - depending on your needs.
