Hey guys I have a new laptop. Its a Compaq Presario CQ56. Here are the specs:
Processor: Intel Celeron 900 / 2.2 GHz (This computer had windows 7 ultimate 64-bit installed, but it crashed which is why I’m using Linux)
RAM: 2gigs
Graphics: Intel GMA 4500M
Internet: 802.11b/g/n builtin wireless.
I recently have tried Ubuntu but have run into some complications. I have used OpenSUSE before, but it was a long time ago. I was just curious if this laptop would run SUSE well? Also, I am a little bit of a retro gamer haha. I play Ultima Online and was wondering if anyone has been able to run it using wine? Any feedback or advice would be great! I am going to install gnome opensuse now.
Thanks:P

The best thing is test it. Download one of the live CDs and check for
yourself, without installing.

Usually slower.

The specs look OK; I have a less powerful laptop but with similar hardware and I have had no hardware problems. As Carlos says, try one of the Live CDx to be sure and read the up-to-date installation guides to find out what has changed since you last used openSUSE.
