openSUSE not showing in BIOS

Hi,
I have just installed Tumbleweed on an external SATA SSD. When I start the computer with F2, Tumbleweed doesn’t show. I’m using different distros and I have noticed that some distros show in the BIOS but others don’t and I don’t understand why.
I suspect that the problem could be with settings in my BIOS but I don’t know what to change.
Your help is appreciated.

Here’s my QSI:

Of course it could. But that is something you need to ask in the right place (where your hardware is discussed).

The forum or support channels of your BIOS/motherboard manufacturer were meant…
