Hello everyone.
I am little new to openSuse and i have a small mabye stupid question.
I have downloaded both full DVD ISO and the openSuSE KDE Live CD.
Now if i install the KDE Live CD, i will be able to access al the applications ( repository ) as in the full DVD Install ?
( does not care about Gnome applications at all )

Yes, everything on the DVD is also available online from a repo.

Perhaps it should have been mentioned. We would generally recommend a dvd install if at all possible.
If you just want KDE and have a fast connection then you can use the live cd there’s instructions here Installation/11.0 Live CD - openSUSE
This is for 11.0 but it’s pretty similar then just add the repos you need that way you can easily choose the apps you need

To start with just add the ones here Repositories/11.1 - openSUSE-Community
However if you are new to Linux you may be better off with the dvd
