openSUSE Leap standard kernel: where to look up easily changes (backports) over to vanilla?

Dear all,

I use openSUSE Leap 15.6 with standard kernel.

I’ve heard that there are lots of backports by openSUSE to their standard kernel over to the vanilla.

Where to look up easily changes and differences of openSUSE standard kernel (including their openSUSE backports — I mean the standard kernel including backports, not any special backports kernel) over to the vanilla kernel?

“Easily” in relation to “Linux kernel” sounds like oxymoron.
