When I look at that address with a boroser the file exists.
Maybe you should try again, or use another mirror.
BTW, I do not know why you think that making a screen shot, uploading it and showing it here is easier for you then simply copy/paste of the text from the Konsole window in between CODE tags of a post, but the latter is certainly easier for others to read.

“Connection reset by peer” is when a connection is forcibly closed by a peer. This normally results from a loss of the connection on the remote socket due to a timeout or a restart, typically under high load conditions, and is normally only transient.
