"openSUSE-Leap-16.0-362" update error

hi , can someone help me please? Today updating leap 16 , trying with zypper , discover and cockpit i received the following error :dependency resolution failed. Below i post the screenshots.

Delete it before Update:
zypper rm gstreamer-plugins-rs-devel

Done, it worked ,thank you very much. just to know, what happened, what was the problem?

There was an Update for the package, but the devel package for the new is not build and you have installed the old devel:
