Just received my new laptop and have got it up and running in the provided ent 10 but it will not recognize my graphics cards, which is a Intel GMA X3100 GM965.
Therefor I am stuck in 800/600 resolution which is painful.
I’m in the process of upgrading to 11, will I have the same problem though.
What can I do about it.
That’s really weird that SLED 10 isn’t recognizing it. I have a T61 that I just got a couple months ago. It had SLED 10 on it and it was defaulted to the right resolution. Unfortunately, I don’t have SLED anymore, so I can’t help you much. But, if you are going to openSUSE 11, you’ll have no problem. I have openSUSE 11 and everything works good.
