not sure if this is the correct place to report, but:
opensuse connect (https://connect.opensuse.org/) appears broken. There is no way to sign-up or log-in.
user is simply greeted with a box saying “Welcome to Elgg.” and “Elgg couldn’t connect to the database using the given credentials.”
I have tested with both chrome and firefox.
