OpenSuse 42.3 upgrade to php5.6

Hello,
When I followed the instructions from opensuse.org to download/install
https://software.opensuse.org/download/package?package=php5&project=home%3Agubbel

I hit the following errors :-
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:gubbel/openSUSE_Leap_42.3/home:gubbel.repo
Download (curl) error for ‘https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:gubbel/openSUSE_Leap_42.3/home:gubbel.repo’:
Error code: Curl error 60
Error message: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired

My objective :-
After I installed OpenSuse 42.3 in a physical server with i7 cpu and want to upgrade from the built-in php version PHP 5.5.14 to 5.6.31

Could anyone help ?
Regards,
Bruce

Login as root, then:

cd /etc/zypp/repos.d/
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:gubbel/openSUSE_Leap_42.3/home:gubbel.repo

The result will be the repositories/home:gubbel/openSUSE_Leap_42.3/home repo enabled for zypper and YaST to use.

But, why 42.3? It’s long been past support.

Why 5.6.31?

5.6 has serious vulnerabilities, 5.6.31 even more-so: https://www.cvedetails.com/vulnerability-list/vendor_id-74/product_id-128/PHP-PHP.html
