I have audio on all other websites, but on my most used website, Klassikradio.de, lost sound after update. Using Firefox 128 esr . The website works on MS and Unbuntu OS, but not on Leap15.6. I’m not going to use MS just to listen to music. I have audio on Leap when using Music.Youtube.com, which is fine, but I want audio from all websites.
Sounds like a codec got switched from Packman to OSS. Try reinstalling your codecs and see if that helps.
Opensuse-community seems to have closed. I’ll need to find where the codecs are located.

Problem solved. Have audio again. Thanks for your help. I feel stupid not thinking of the solution myself. One of those “slap forehead” moments.
