Opensuse 15.5 my Repo changed suddently

recently installed some packages using the YAST Softmanager, and I encountered an issue with my repository list. It seems to have changed unexpectedly to the following:

cnd repo
cnd repo1702×1276 474 KB

I’m not sure what caused this change, but I would like to revert my repository list back to its default configuration. Can anyone please help me understand what happened and guide me on how to set it back to the default one?

What is unexpected in the list, and what did you install (and how) that seemed to change it?

The http://cdn.opensuse.org is the new standard. It was anounced on the mailing lists. Nothing to worry.
