I installed openSUSE 13.2 successfully and then had 320MB of updates to install. Initially there was no download activity. I then reduced the amount of updates to download to 50MB of Security updates and they loaded and installed successfully. I continued with this approach and got all the updates installed bar one. pulin-fluendo-mp3: update to install fluendo codex openSUSE-2014-621-1.
There appears to be an issue with either the agreement package or the update itself.
