I had to take it out of my repos to do updates in the past 24 hours, is packman down for 13.2?
No, Packman is not down.
But the gwdg.de mirror seems to be down, and not only for 13.2 or Packman but completely.

I always seem to have two repos set up, only one enabled & set for refresh, of course. This happens from time to time. I just enable the “other one” when it happens (and disable the “broken” one).
