Where i can found iostat fo opensuse13.1 ?

I assume that you not mean “where can I find iostat on my system”, but that you mean "where can I find iostat for installation.

Normally, I would start such a search using YaST > Software > Software Management, typing iostat in the Search field and checking the Provides box. That would reveal if it is in one of the packages stored on one of the repositories the system is subscribed to. But here is a problem because I doubt that the 13.1 repositories are still on line. openSUSE 13.1 being out of support already for some time.
