Maybe i found a bug with a working wifi after hibernate. Firstly i found it a few years ago, but don’t understanding it.
Now a got an external wifi card, and i see that after hibernation led on wifi card is does not light up, but wifi card is working, but working very bad - signal is not good, and packets sometimes lost.
This situation persist on tower pc, and on thinkpad x201 laptop.

I doubt it - openSUSE 13.1 is well past end of life. Use a supported version.
Very funny, but on thumbleweed hibernate mode did not work at all :)))
It was a serious answer. Support for 13.1 is long gone. If you’re having problems with a current version, then it may be that a bug report is required.
I wrote about it several times on this forum, but i see what that problem of non working hibernation on thumbleweed is not interesting at all.
For macking a bug report i did not have normal english, because it is not my native language.
