Opensuse 13.1 iso file is updated periodically or not?

I would like to ask a quick question about the opensuse dvd that can be downloaded from http://software.opensuse.org/131/en
I have to format my laptop and I wan to install again the 13.1 version since will be evergreen and I prefer to keep this stable version for longer time.
My question regards the iso file that I can download from the opensuse website. Is this file updated from time or is exactly the same from the first release and never changes?
Thanks for the information.

It’s static and does not change.

The released isos NEVER change.

There was only once an exception to this rule, several years ago, when a
bad bug impeded installation on many systems.

The reasons are the impact on mirrors, and that the new isos would not
have passed the test phase; that is, there are not hundreds of
volunteers that would be ready to test each new modification to the isos.

It is exactly the same, and never changes.

However, there is an install option to add online repos. If you have network available during install, you can add the oss and update repos, so that you will initially install the latest version. The downside of trying this, is that a network failure during install can cause the entire install to fail.

13.2 is at stable level. Tumbleweed isn’t.
