I don’t have anymore freezes, problem was that ram sticks was not placed correct on mb, in dual chanel mode. but i still have everyday random reboots. here is more info:

MSI MB LGA1150 Z87 MSI Z87-G43 GAMING
Enermax TRIATHLOR FC ETA650AWT-M, 80PLUS Bronze/PFC/12cm fan
Intel CPU LGA1150 Intel® Core™ i7-4770K, 3.50GHz BOX 22nm
DIMM DDR3 2x4GB 2400MHz Kingston HyperX Beast CL11, KHX24C11T3K2/8X
No graphic card, i am using integraded intel hd4600

Zero to few times every day i get hard random reboot, its not classic reboot when fans are spining, its like everything shut down for 1-2 sec, all fan stop etc, and then auto start again, sometimes reboots before bios, sometimes after, sometimes while in system, no rules, but sometimes all day without any problem, it can also go in reboot loop.
I did run mem test for 15h and there was no errors.
I did update bios to latest version, but still same.
I can also say that power switch on psu itself is not working, i mean mb have always power even when switch is on 0, but not sure if that is main problem here.
Also i did install some r7 250 graphic card to see if computer will restart more often but its not, its same behaviour.
Also all temp are ok, cpu ~35-40C , mb < 30C, and all fans are working fine.

I am not doing anything special, average cpu usage < 5% .

Its rebooting even with one ram stick, i have uploaded video on youtube
Pc random reboot - YouTube

I would suspect a short on the motherboard or the power supply is bad or even the power switch. It is odd you were able to run a mem test for 15h without some reboot, can you run a live dvd without a reboot? Are you sure the power switch and reset switch are wired correctly?

I had a bad keyboard do that once. It would cause random reboots

Power and reset button an pc case are working as expected, only on psu power switch in not working, when i switch it on 0 its auto switched to 1, this computer was assembled in pc shop, i did not touch anything. Its reaaaally hard to predict or to trigger this reboot, because few days ago with one ram stick, pc was working 2-3 days without any problem, and today with same ram stick few reboots. That why its hard to test it, i did try ubuntu live disc, for few hours, but can’t remember anymore, did i have any reboots :(. I use this computer for work and its really frustrating when in middle of work reboot itself. I will probably return it to shop so they can test it, just wanted figure it out where is the problem, i just hope its not linux related problem, because its new chipset and processor.

No, this is definitely a hardware issue.

Most likely related to power, as already mentioned (incorrect levels coming from the power supply aka faulty power supply; short somewhere; hairline split in circuitry or solder-point that opens when heat causes expansion; incorrect power connection or setting somewhere; etc.), or might be overheating (check for blocked airflow).

e.g.: If heat-related, memtest could run as described, but the minute the cpu kicks up a notch, as in booting, or in running heavier apps, that might put it over into … poof! Sudden freeze or sudden reboot.

…but, certainly hardware.

Oh, BTW:

Under any circumstances, do not run the machine any longer until it is diagnosed.

You could be causing cumulative damage running it in this state, depending on what is causing the problem.

Or, if it crashes at just the right split second, you could cause some permanent, expensive damage.

I am not sure, but looks like, reboot it triggered more often when ram is on reference 2400mhz, when i restart bios to default settings, ram is working only 1333mhz.

Are you over clocking?

Note that over clock with one OS may cause problems with other OS

Nope, i am not overclocking, even on mb default safe settings, with memory on 1333mhz problem exist, i will return pc to shop so they can run full tests. Tnx for trying to help.
