I’ve got (hopefully) an easy question for you. I wan to install from new the OpenSuse 13.1 on a PC and I want to use directly the evergreen repositories.
My question is, where is there an installation .iso for the evergreen version or I have to manually update the repositories to the evergreen version after the installation?
In the first case, is the iso now available or I have to wait few weeks?
It isn’t under evergreen yet. It is still under full support. So just install from the regular iso. You can change repos later if that is appropriate.
I heard some rumor that consideration is being given to just continuing to use the same repos when it goes to evergreen. It that happens you won’t have to change anything.
I have no idea on the accuracy of that rumor, though I’m inclined to think it would be a good idea.

And when it starts there will not be an iso for it.

No, no, the rumour (an old one) is false.
They said (the Evergreen team) that they want to use a separate and
specific update repo for Evergreen because it makes people aware that
they are using the extended Evergreen support. Otherwise, people would
just keep using the distribution and the updates without even noticing
the change in support team.
