opensuse 12.2/apache can't get server side includes working

Hi,
I originally posted this in the OpenSuSE “Applications” sub-forum, but I think this forum might be a better place to find help. Please see this link:

Please do not double post.

Your original post is OK in Applications. Also the title is good enough IMHO. But you should be aware that your fellow openSUSE users that might know an answer are spread over all time zones and also have other things to do during the day (work, sleep, …). Thus be patient. Only when you do not get an aswer after say 24 hours, some further action might be imminent.
