opensuse 12.1 64 bit KDE
After login,network is busy in sending data. i just do nothing,in system moniter, i can see that system is alway busy sending data,about 200kb/s.
when i login gnome,no problems!
It is probably something that you are doing.
Open a terminal, and type the command “netstat -t”. That will give some information on what you are talking to. If it is the repos, then maybe “apper” is even wilder than I thought. You can try disabling that in
“Personal Settings” → “Startup and Shutdown” → “Service Manager”.
If you have configured something like the weather icon, then I suppose that is periodically talking to the network.
I am using KDE, and at present the only network traffic I can see is due to being at the opensuse forums in my browser. Well, there’s also some “localhost” activity because I am running “gapcmon” to monitor my UPS.

Find the cause of the problem! it is pulseaudio service.in pulseaudio preferences,i disable all checkboxs about network,such as "make discoverable pulseaudio network sound device avaiable locally.
It is the options “Enable Multicast/RTP receive” and "Enable Multicaset/RTP sender " that cause the problem
