I’m curious how this works and could not find docu here. Actually the tftp/dhcp/pxe part work, so I can e.g. boot a kernel+initrd and start intallation via http.
More interesting: boot via pxe/tftp and use iscsi as root.

I haven’t done this but it is an interesting topic.
Seems to me you’d need to load an iSCSI driver as part of your PXE config, then it might be either straightforward or you should find plenty of documentation.

Also, you might take a look at similar commercial products and related technologies… Like VMware, remote desktops, virtualization, various network shared file systems. All relate to what you’re trying to do.
