Hi there, I have a computer based on an asus M5A78L-M/USB3 motherboard with a AMD x6 1055t, 8 GB memory and a Sapphire HD6790 graphics card, the problem I have is that there seems to be no way I can install 12.1 64bit without the display breaking up. 11.4 is fine, an upgrade from 11.4 to 12.1 leads to the same problem as I guess the update wipes out the drivers. I know this is most likely a driver problem but how do I get around it. I have tried Chakra and this will install perfectly as there is an option to install 3rd party drivers, it scans the hardware on install. I wish to go back to openSuse 12.1 as I know from 11.4 how to install Virtualbox, VMPlayer and Medusa CAD without any problems.
