It seems that the torrent file for opensuse 11.0 “openSUSE-11.0-DVD-i386-iso.torrent” has been leaked. The official opensuse tracker (http://tracker.opensuse.org:6969/announce) wasn’t working initially but is now working and tracking the torrent. I guess a leak isn’t a problem as it will just result in more people who can seed at the time of the official release. The only thing im unsure about is the fact that GM is not in the name, but since it is not a previous beta or rc version why else would the opensuse tracker work unless it was the final release.
I grabbed the torrent and am downloading, but I too noticed that there was no ‘GM’ in the file names, and wondered if it could be the internal release version from last week. Of course, why would there be a torrent of the internal release version?
I guess I’ll find out when the MD5SUMS are available.
Cheers,
Rod
It appears the tracker is closed now. It does not work.
It is still working for me. Here is a screenshot of uTorrent taken a few seconds ago.

It’s still working for me as well-I’m at 48 %.

I downloaded ‘openSUSE-11.0-DVD-x86_64.iso’ over the past day from the
piratebay torrent and it seemed to have this same md5sum so it seems
safe. If you find ISOs that do NOT match these or other published by
Novell don’t use them in case they are tampered-with. <sarcasm>You
never know when somebody might insert a scsi driver laden with a windows
virus to catch all the Linux people.</sarcasm> Happy installing!
Good luck.

Thanks,

My i386 DVD iso checks out.
Thanx.

I would suggest to not to use such ISO, you never know if this ISO might be manipulated. Better to download from the official site (opensuse.org) or its official mirrors.
the ISO itself was not on TPB, it was just a torrent of torrentfiles containing all openSUSE images with matching SHA5SUMS. the torrentfiles here had the opensuse.org tracker so that combined with matching SHA5SUMS seems good enough to me.
besides someone manipulating a distro and still keeping the SHA5SUM intact and ditributing it via the opensuse.org tracker gets a beer from me.

… AND they would land a pretty good job in both the domestic and international Intelligence communities
