Opensuse 11: Samba + LDAP = ?

Greetings everyone!

I’ve been trying to setup an openSUSE server as samba PDC + LDAP, so I followed (tried to follow) this howto - but looks like it isn’t suitable for version 11.0 any more :
I can’t find any “sambaldap-tools” in samba-doc, and for some reason I can’t get the downloaded version to work :frowning: In fact, I can’t even get my LDAP server to work (or I don’t see if it actually works) :\

…And the worst thing about that howto is that it always envolves some manual config editing, but I have a feeling that most of it can be done through YAST :expressionless:

Wonderful! Thank you! I had been searching around for a decent GUI-oriented guide for this issue. I was able to extrapolate that guide out for SLES11 just fine as well.

Now I just need to get auto-mounting/dismounting home directories to happen.
