OpenSuSE 11.4: VLAN vs e1000e - system hangs

The module e1000e is loaded into system. At addition VLAN the system hangs at a stop VLAN or configure other devices (sound, video).

What’s the problem?
In OpenSuSe 11.3 it worked correctly.

MB: ASUS P5Q-ME DO / NetCard: Intel 82567LM-3

I can confirm this issue - even worse, Yast hangs when trying to access the “Network Settings”. Same for VirtualBox when bridged to
the Vlan interface on the e1000. The only way to get back to a working system is to remove the /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg* files for
the vlan interfaces.

lspci | grep Ether

00:19.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82567LM-3 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 02)

hwinfo also hangs when e1000 + VLAN are in use. here’s my hwinfo after removing the VLAN:
