openSUSE 11.3 - No WLAN on Dell Mini 10v (BCM4312)

Hi,

After having been foolish enough to install openSUSE Smeegol 1.0 on my Dell Mini 10v I re-installed openSUSE 11.3/LXDE again.

Now WLAN doesn’t work (it did before). I installed broadcom-wl and broadcom-wl-kmp-desktop. Still, Network Manager does not open a WLAN connection.

Now, do I have to install some other package or shall I remove one?

I did this before but can’t remember how I solved this problem some weeks ago.

Anybody with a smart tip out there?

What does “hwinfo --wlan” show?

/sbin/lspci -nnk

and

uname -a

Thanks for your help. When booting my Dell Mini this morning WLAN worked like a charm. No problem at all. I don’t know why, though.
