Have a look into
/usr/share/doc/manual
on your machine.
In yast you find packages for all the manuals (pdf, html)
refernce guid, security guide, manual, quickstart …
if you did not install them.
Search for “opensuse”

The online openSUSE manual, if installed, can be found at
“/usr/share/doc/manual/opensuse-manuals_en/manual/index.html”
