Hello,
I am relatively new to Linux os bear with me! 
I am able to get the Linux box to obtain a computer account on the 2008 box, but am not able to login to Linux using AD. I ahve tried to set it up via Samba, YaST2 and Likewise Open Source Software. They all create a computer account in AD, but I am not able to login using AD.
