I am seeing the exact same thing with my Palm Centro. Went from 11 (32 bit) to 11.2 (64 bit) and it reboots as soon as I plug it in.

Does anyone have an answer or suggestion for this problem? I have a
Palm Treo 755p and two notebooks, both running OpenSUSE 11.2, one
32-bit, the other 64-bit and they both exhibit the problem above. The
64-bit notebook dual boots with Windows XP. When I connect my Palm to
this OS, the Palm behaves normally but repeatedly reboots when
connecting to OpenSUSE 11.2.

Unfortunately, I don’t have my dmesg output. Your help is appreciated.

Alain

The same happens with my Palm TX, the dmesg looks similar. The Ubuntu guys seem to have the same problem. It seems to be connected with the modemmanager. When i make modemmanager not executable my Palm will not start resetting. Anyhow Kpilot still is not working.

any help is welcomed
