Hi has anyone experienced That NetworkManager doesn’t work anymore from 24h April (after patching)
If fact, since then, only ifup ‘method’ works.
When I switch to NM it says (in var/log/messages)
… dhcpclient : send_packet Message too long
… dhcpclient : DHCPDISCOVER on rth0 to 255.255.255.255 port 67 interval 4
…
and goes on like this, increasing interval.
When I switch back to ifup, it works fine (showing MAC address, dhcpoffer, etc.)
I tested this on 2 different machines with different NICS, and also on completely different Networks.
I’m really puzzled
