Opensuse 11.1 Manual installation of required codecs

I dont like the 1-Click installation and hope that someone can help me with selecting the appropriate codecs in zypper. I use gnome and the gecko-mediaplayer as plugin.

My goal is to create a script that I can use on all my machines to keep things easy.

I want to be able to install repos, codecs and upgrade required packages after a clean install.

Can anyone help me with this. I’m sure that this would be helpful for all.

Packman repo is a must. I installed w32codec-all and (s)mplayer and everything else was automatic. Also check out this great how to for 11.0, but this applies to 11.1 as well if you change repos: Multi-media and Restricted Format Installation Guide
