On the downloads page, I found a torrent for Beta 4 with
the following MD5SUM:
888c5b5167dc608be3edb525e87f971c
But I don’t see anything on the wiki, or on the news site,
or on this forum about an official release.
Is this the real beta 4 or will there be another
torrent uploaded soon?

I’m getting a problem with the DVD torrent…

Right click it > open with Ktorrent. Are there any seeds? If not leave it on & when a seed pops up, it will take off. Check settings and make sure you have D/L wide open; I usually set U/L to 50 until I’m ready to seed.
If you are using Vuse/Azureus run the NAT test; you may have to open a TCP & UDP port for it. Also, I have to tell my router to allow it. Also check settings.
ktorrent is reporting an error related to size of the torrent and preallocation.
I’m not sure if the problem is with ktorrent or with OpenSUSE torrent.
But I’ve never seen something like that.

I’m using ktorrent to download from http://software.opensuse.org/developer
and have had no problems getting started. Judging by the current speed
though, I won’t be able to tell you whether it’s succeeded for another 26
hours! No, make that 27 . . . er . . . 28 . . .
