I have last day installed openSUSE 11.0 at my office PC wich is connected with a windows XP’s network Pc through a switch using shared internet connection also.
Can i use same network and internet in openSUSE 11 too??

Yes.
If the network traffic of both systems is going out via an router/firewall/getway device connected to the Internet, then you will have to configure the IP settings of the Open Suse nic system connected to your local subnetwork.
Its ip address should lie in the same range as the one used by your Windows system.
In addition, use the same gateway and DNS servers IP addresses as those used by Windows.
You do that with Yast:
Yast -> Network devices -> Network settings
