Just upgraded from 10.3 to 11.0; When I try to install packages, almost none are found.
Looks like a part of the path is missing in the URL (suse/ is missing before noarch/) … did download.opensuse.org change structure recently?
Best way to fix?

You need to add some repositories. YaST → Software → Software Repositories
Go to the community settings and add:
Packman, openSuSE oss, openSuSE non-oss, openSuSE update.
Accept the licenses and/or import keys. This should get you started.
