opensuse 11.0 - KDE 4.1 - changing colour schemes?

Hi all,

I want to install this colour scheme:
Obsidian Black Green KDE-Look.org

Which i apparently install by opening Kcontrol.

However, i can neither find Kcontrol, or anything remotely appropriate in YAST.

How do i change a KDE colour scheme in 11.0?

kcontrol has been replace with “systemsettings”
