openSUS install

Hi guys,

I’ve downloaded the latest version of openSUS. I burned the image on a DVD and booted it.

I want install. It states that there is no respository from where I can install.

Then when I go on with the install it say the DVD is broken and the check sum is wrong.

I verified the data on the DVD with powerISO and its just fine.

Any solutions? Can I boot it from USB? Would that fix the problem?

If you still have the image, try burning a new DVD at a slower speed.

I tried to burn it slower. No success.

Did you run the check media option?

Yes. It say broken CD. Some bad sectors.

I use PowerISO to burn the live CD. What is the best ISO burner to burn this?
