why is this? would like to know what actually happened to this server as it seems to be that you receive updates from it after thorough testing.

Well, you actually don’t receive the updates from openqa.
But as long as openqa doesn’t work, there won’t be any new Tumbleweed snapshot either.
Doesn’t affect other repos though, as they are not tested by openqa anyway.
