I waiting OpenOffice update to 3.0.1 STABLE-version and after then
update it from stable repos, but it can’t start! Why?
My pc is 32-bit, OpenSuse 11.1 :\

Probably because the SUSE update to 3.0.1 has been half-hearted. When I
tried the update on KDE 3.5 it got in a mess through bits missing and not
matching. Half of it is still 3.0.0.9!
I got the same trouble as you on 4.2 though I hadn’t seen any problems
during installation. I cured it by selecting for un0install every
OpenOffice thing I could see - cancelling any error messages from YAST as I
selected each one - until I got a clean bill of health from YAST. After
going ahead with the un-installation, I re-installed OOo but only those
items that were 3.0.1. I also didn’t install the SUSE camouflage, even
though it was 3.0.1, as it has been seen to cause trouble in OOo 3.0.0.9.
After that, it worked fine.

rpm -e OpenOffice_org-libs-gui OpenOffice_org-libs-core
