how could install openafs in suse 11? It is not available yet.Have you any other suggestions?

I don’t know if it’s still useful for you but I had a hard time myself finding those, so the best set of OpenAFS rpms are at:
Index of /opensuse/repositories/filesystems/openSUSE_11.0
Hopefully sometimes the developers will include OpenAVS in the official distribution.
