Open windows always on the display where it has been activated/started/clicked

Hello everybody,

I have a question about Plasma Desktop on Leap 15.6.
I’m using a dual monitor setup and every display has it’s own taskmanager/panel.
What I would like to setup is that, when I start an application by clicking on an icon or using the startmenu on display x, the window of the application will be opened on display x, not display y (and viceversa).
To clarify what I want: I want to open Dolphin on display x so I click on the Dolphin icon on display x.
Later, I want to start a new or second Dolphin window on display y so I click on the dolphin icon on display y.

Is this possible?
If so, how do I set it up?
