Today I was able to install Open SUSE 11.0 on my new Dell computer. It is the only distribution I have been able to install without any hassles and it was as easy as when I installed with XP. Installed KDE 4. Think I’ll have fun playing with it.

Ray… please post the Dell model number and config… so others will
know what works well (feel free to insert your machine into the HCL):
My computer is a Dell Inspiron 530. It came with Vista Home Premium running from a 455 GigaByte Partition.
